£100 deposit on booking holidays under £350, 

£150 on holidays between £351 & £799

£200 on holidays between £800 and £999

£250 required for all holidays over £1000

Deposits are non refundable in any event (apart from the park being closed due to Covid) 

The balance is due 12 weeks before the holiday start date along with the security bond.  If no balance is received by that date then 24 hours later we will re market the holiday and you will lose your deposit. 

We also ask for a £150 refundable security damage cleanliness bond. 

If you book a holiday at short notice please ask us for the payment terms we can offer. 

We take a security bond to cover any damages. We don't charge for wear and tear. This is to cover large damages that are not from general use.

Your security bond will be returned to you (as long as there is no damage to the caravan) 10-14  days after your departure by whatever method you paid.    

Caravan for hire - If you wish to book please click the 'book your holiday' button below and we will send you a booking form for you to fill in which also has all of our terms and conditions.    

Prices are subject to change until booked with deposit paid.

If you wish to book please request a booking form as soon as possible. Your booking is not complete until we receive both the deposit and booking form back.

When you book through us we will register your arrival and you’ll receive an email confirming your arrival date and you’ll be issued with a registration code to give you the option to purchase Haven Play Passes.

We accept 4 persons only in the caravan plus baby under 2 years old for the cot. 6 people by request plus small extra charge

'Haven Stay' comparison prices are next to some of ours to show the we are quite a lot cheaper.  Haven Stay do not include park passes.

We would like to remind you that our caravan is a non-smoking/vaping accommodation.

Please bring your own bed linen when you book our caravan.

We do provide pillows and duvets for our beds. 

The master bedroom is a king size bed.

The twin room are 2 single beds.

We would hope you do not need to cancel your holiday, however if you cancel after paying a deposit we can not refund you.

If you cancel within 12 weeks, after paying the full balance & bond we can only refund your bond.  We strongly advise you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. We do not refund if you have covid or any illness or are in self isolation.

If you have to leave during your holiday for any reason we will not refund the days you have not taken.

We do refund if the park is closed to such as Covid lockdown

We price check regularly to ensure you are being offered a fair deal most of our prices will be less than Haven 'stay only'  charge   Occasionally Haven will have sales on that we will not match as our vans are on higher end pitches so that you are guaranteed a great view,  private parking alongside the caravan and a spacious plot.   We also have a fantastic cleaner so you know that the caravans are cleaned to a very high standard.
